What's involved and how long does it take?
Allow 2 hours for your appointment. Every hypnosis session is tailored to your specific needs, the first hour Shannon talks to you and answers any questions and the second hour you will experience the very enjoyable relaxed state of hypnosis. At the end of the appointment, you will be a non-smoker for life guaranteed!
Do I only quit smoking?
